Angle Guides: This precision knife sharpener clamp features four knife sharpening angle guides: 17°, 20°, 25°. and 30°. It lets you select your preferred edge angle and put it on most knives!
Kitchen Use: This professional knife sharpener tool is a worthy addition to your kitchen knife sharpener kit. Combined with the other components of Lansky's Precision Knife Sharpeners, it makes a clean, consistent edge for your kitchen knives whenever you need one.

Use this clamp with a Lansky mount and a set of Lansky hones for a clean, precise, and razor-sharp edge. Note: NOT for use on blades 1/2" wide or less. Can hold almost any blade up to 7" long.
